A warming dinner with bright and fresh flavors. The curry was made with a blend of red curry paste, coconut milk, and spices. Served on top of luxurious silken tofu and accompanied by sauteed bok choy, this meal was an excellent way to start the semester.
Perhaps the best ice cream we've ever had, this goat cheese ice cream was creamy, tangy, and perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the roasted cherries. Sprinkled with candied nuts, this dessert was perfection.
