A simple dinner for a nice and cozy Sunday evening in Boothbay. The broth was made with a blend of chicken and beef stocks mixed with miso paste, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and onion powder. Toppings included soft boiled eggs, sugar snap peas, shreaded carrots, tofu, scallions, and chicken.
